By accessing and purchasing from the ArgiaLore website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We offer T-Shirts & Tops, Shorts, and Skirts for sale. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are entirely error-free. Prices are listed in the currency specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArgiaLore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or products purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ArgiaLore for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of ArgiaLore.

The ArgiaLore name and logo, and all related product and service names, are our trademarks.

6. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Processing may take 5-10 business days after receipt.
  • Final sale items, personalized/customized products, and items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
