  • It must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.
  • You must provide the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been personalized or customized.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • We will refund only the item's price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
